Chief Sielu & his friends taught us about ancient Hawaii's natural beauty and history of the area, and how agriculture and aquaculture were vital to survival. We learn about how the Polynesian's used the coconut in every way of life. We saw a fire dance, took a canoe ride in an 800 year old ancient Hawaiian fishpond, learn about the plants of the area, and got a bus tour of some Hollywood movie sets.

Then we got to "play tourist" in the Macadamia Nut store.
