煮蜆@學校 (澄3y9)


媽咪送妳上學以後, 開車往Chinatown market買新鮮的蜆回校煮食, 因為你們的主題是: Ocean, 已經煮了很多不同的食物了! 像是個美食班呢!



We explored the live clams. Everyone got to hold one, smelled it, shook it, squeezed it, tried to open it. Two boys were successful in banging them against each other. We also explored one that was opened. With a quick rinse, we put

them in the pan with sizzling garlic and butter. We watched as each clam

opened up. Then the linguine was added and just the right amount of
salt.

Everyone was served a clam and linguine. Many of them tried it and
others

just explored it. Everyone liked clicking the shells together.
